We offer in-house second opinions from our team of dentists, or we can furnish you with our proposed treatment plan, which you can take to another dentist for their evaluation.

Insurance

Rejuvenation Health Dental Practices operates on a fee-for-service basis, meaning that our patients are responsible for the full payment of dental services in advance of or at the time of treatment. Payment at Time of Service: Patients are required to settle all charges for dental services in advance of or on the day of treatment.
